How Failover works: Our service will monitor your web servers to make sure they’re online and responding. When our failover monitor detects that one or more servers are having an error, it pulls the IP addresses of those servers out of the available list and instead serves your website from the remaining available servers. When your servers come back online, the IPs will be restored and the server will begin receiving traffic again. If all hosts are down, we auto-forward requests to a location you specify.
